After a decade of bettering his cooking skills at home for his family, Eric discovered the passion for culinary. His cooking improved with every dish he made.
Eric gained his industry experience working as a Chef in renowned restaurants and five-star hotels across Rwanda. Currently, He is the Executive Chef at Mantis Kivu Queen uBuranga. His expertise extends beyond the kitchen. With a Diploma in Human Nutrition and International Leadership, he ensures that each guest’s dining experience is unforgettable.
