The hotel has made several efforts to promote sustainability and community empowerment. Our recent initiative at Mirama Primary School, our neighbouring school community, is a testament to this commitment. We have partnered with the school to create a lasting impact by donating small livestock such as goats and sheep. The livestock was given to support provision of school supplies for students in need, ultimately contributing to their well-being.
This collaboration isn’t just a win for the school but also an opportunity for the farmer tending to the livestock to make a living. The school receives 50% of the income from the livestock, covering basic education needs, while the other half goes to the farmer.
Just like all our projects, we strive to make a sustainable impact in people’s lives. Donating livestock isn’t just about helping one school or farmer, we are creating a dynamic cycle of transformation within communities. As this livestock multiplies, so does the community’s impact.
And it doesn’t stop there! By empowering students and farmers, we are not only changing lives but also nurturing the environment. As these animals graze, they sustain the lands by naturally maintaining balance without harmful machinery.
