- The rates exclude Park fees and Conservations levies. The Akagera National Park entrance fees will be charged at the entrance of the park. Conservation levies (18.7USD for foreign passport holder) and (6USD for Rwandan /East Africa residents) will be charged by the hotel per room per night.
