Instead of tossing leftover food, we’ve found an eco-friendly approach: we feed it to our flock of 100 happy chickens! This sustainable practice not only reduces waste but also allows us to provide our guests with fresh, organic eggs that come straight from our farm to their table.Â
Our chickens are key to our sustainable approach. After every meal, we collect leftover food, chop it up, and let it dry in the sun. This turns our kitchen scraps into healthy chicken feed that’s free from any added salt, sugar, or spices. The result? Strong, healthy chickens that lay fresh, delicious eggs for our guests to enjoy.
