Zanzibar’s Nungwi Dreams by Mantis recently announced its second phase of development, which saw the expansion of its offering by adding 2 800m2 to its resort and is ready to welcome you to the Island!

Guest facilities to look forward to include a second infinity pool of 165sqm, a dedicated kitchen, as well as an outdoor buffet area for those island-style outdoor functions and cuisine.

Surrounding this is a 700sqm multi-functional entertainment area, incorporating a new poolside bar and outside dining area with seating for up to 80 guests. The main restaurant has been extended to include an additional 116sqm of seating and a new purpose-built buffet area and a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen. Nungwi Dreams is on the northeast tip of Zanzibar in Nungwi, the most sought-after region on the island of Zanzibar. When is the best time to visit Zanzibar?

Tropical Zanzibar is blessed with balmy weather all year round with temperatures ranging from 28 to 34 degrees Celsius during the day and at night averaging around 25 degrees Celsius.

Zanzibar has either what is known as the long-or-short rainy season. The long rains are experienced from around March to June and the short rainy season from November to December.

Good to know: Travelers, aged 13 years or older, need to present proof of vaccination (with QR code) or else a negative PCR test at point of departure and on arrival in Zanzibar
